The offline capability in Dynamics 365 for Outlook, version 9.0 isn't available in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises), version 9.x. However, the offline capability in Dynamics 365 for Outlook, version 9.0 will continue to be supported in Common Data Service.
