Return a product to the vendor (Field Service)

Create a return to vendor (RTV) in Dynamics 365 Field Service when you need to return a product back to the vendor.

  1. From the main menu, click Field Service > RTVs.

  2. On the Active RTVs screen, click +New.

  3. Use the tooltips to help you fill in your information, and click Save.
