Note

The offline capability in Dynamics 365 for Outlook version 9.0 won’t be available in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (on-premises), version 9.0. However, the offline capability in Dynamics 365 for Outlook version 9.0 will continue to be supported in Dynamics 365 (online) for Customer Engagement.
