This article describes the Skill level type option set for Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
Physical name: mshr_hrmskillleveltype
This enumeration provides the option set of values that categorize the level assigned to a candidate’s skill.

| 200000000 | Actual | Actual skill level. |
| 200000001 | Target | Targeted value for the skill level. |
