Retail banking measures in Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services
Retail banking measures are calculated aggregate entities that offer indicators informing segmentation. They provide additional context and information about the customer. For example, total assets and total liabilities are often used to evaluate a customer’s fit for loans and credit limit.
Measures can often provide an at-a-glance flag or indication, so you don't have to go through detailed information to gauge the financial position of the customer.
To add new measures, go to the Measures page in the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights portal.
Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services includes prebuilt measures in Customer Insights.
