Support management portal

With the Support management portal, support agents can perform the following tasks:

  • Register residents and determine their eligibility
  • Make and cancel appointments for residents
  • Edit a resident's profile information and medical history

Here is how to get started using the Support management portal:

  1. Obtain the link or URL to the Support management portal from your vaccination program administrator.

  2. Browse to the Support management portal.

    Sign in to portal.

  3. Enter your credentials and select Sign in.

  4. Do one of the following steps:

Provide support for a resident

To provide assistance for a resident:

  1. From the list of residents, select the name of a resident to assist.

  2. Do one of the following steps: .

    • To edit a resident's profile information, select Edit.

    • To edit a resident's medical information, select the Medical history tab, and then select Edit

    • To cancel the resident's appointment, select Actions, and then select Cancel appointment. The resident will receive an email that confirms that the appointment is cancelled.

    • To resend the resident's appointment confirmation email, select Actions, and then select Resend appointment email.

    • To print the QR code for the resident's appointment, select Actions, and then select Print QR code.

    • If the resident does not have an appointment, select Schedule appointment.

Create a resident

You can register a resident and check their eligibility for the vaccination.

  1. Create the resident's profile, and then select Next.

  2. You will be prompted to respond to a series of questions to determine the resident's eligibility. After responding to these questions, you'll be prompted to enter details about the person that you want to book an appointment for. Enter the data on each page and select Next, and then select Submit.

    If the resident is eligible for vaccination, the page indicates which dose the resident is eligible for and will let you schedule an appointment.

  3. Select Schedule Appointment.

  4. The next screen lets your search for vaccination centers based on the specified postal code and vaccine type, or based on an event code. Enter your desired postal code and vaccine type, and then select Search. Select one of the vaccination centers to proceed.

    If you entered an event code to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, select the predetermined vaccination center that is associated with the event code.

  5. The next screen lets you select the appointment date and time. Select a date and time for your appointment, and then select Book Appointment.

    Select Private appointment view to book residents into appointment slots from a private schedule. Private schedule are hidden from public view.

  6. The next screen displays the resident's appointment confirmation information. Save or print the information for the resident to take to the vaccination center on the day of the appointment. The resident will also receive an email with the appointment details that the resident can use for the appointment.

  7. Select Support to return to the list of registered residents on the home page.

Change the vaccine dose information for a resident

If a resident who's scheduled for a vaccination notifies you that they've already received a dose elsewhere, you can change that information in the Support management portal.

  1. From the list of residents, select the name of a resident to assist.

  2. Select the Medical history tab, and then select Edit.

  3. Under Have you received any dose of a COVID-19 vaccine? select Yes, and then select Submit.

  4. In the Changing previous dose information could cancel upcoming appointment popup window, select Yes to cancel the first dose appointment. You can then reschedule the resident for a second dose.

  5. Enter the date and vaccine type of the resident's first dose, and then select Submit.

  6. On the resident's profile screen, select Schedule appointment, and then complete the appointment scheduling process.
