Service Update 21112 for Microsoft Dataverse 365 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 21112.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When viewing service-level agreements (SLAs) in the Dynamics 365 app, the Unified Interface did not contain accessible name labels, which violated accessibility rule axe 4.3.*
  • When a search yielded no results, accessibity screen readers did not announce the message, “There are no fields to display.”*
  • Accessibility screen readers did not announce messages after changes were made to elements within a column editor.*
  • When viewing the Related- Documents menu in the Sales Hub, accessibility screen readers did not provide a descriptive announcement for the File type icons present in the grid.*
  • The relevance search flyout menu was not accessible when using arrow keys to navigate search results within the D365 app.

Platform Services

  • When exporting a custom report in CSV format, the column headers were exported as columns.

Solutions

  • When modifying work hours using a custom repeat section, the modifications were not reflected in the Field Service app.
  • When sending an email to an unknown sender, a new contact record was created and the email sender was not updated with the new contact information.*
  • An error occurred when activating an ARC rule for a email to case scenario that sent incoming emails to the queue.*

Unified Interface

  • When two required steps within a Business Process Flow (BPF) entity contain the same control name, one of the BPF entities was not marked as required.
  • The System Setting dialog box was unresponsive when modifying session timeout settings for an organization.
  • When performing a search using filter conditons, the search results did not contain relevant records.
  • When a Jump Bar was enabled for a gird, the Jump Bar was unresponsive when filtering a view that contained lookup menu or related entity columns.*
  • When opening a quick form containing quick view forms with rollup fields, the forms did not retrieve additional rollup attribute fields.*
  • When choosing how to send a link to an account, the dialog box used the label "Outlook" for the email option instead of a generic "email" label to reference any email service.*
  • When viewing a legacy grid, the header and footer within the grid page was not visible until the page was scrolled.*
  • When uploading a video to an available booking and selecting the "enlarge" icon in the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app, a blank screen appeared, and the app was unresponsive.*
  • When viewing the Segment members column in the Marketing section of the D365 app, the column contained a black space instead of the member count*
  • When choosing how to send a link to an account, the dialog box used the label "Outlook" for the email option instead of a generic "email" label to reference any email service.

  • An error occurred when selecting a fiscal period for a chart.*
  • An error occurred when scheduling sync bulk delete job for workflow or plugin.
  • An error and timeouts occurred when emails tracked in queued mailboxes attempted to synchronize with Exchange mailboxes.*
  • An error occurred when importing a solution that contained a Callback registration entity.

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when creating new resource group in the Customer Service Hub.
  • An error occurred when upgrading an organization from CDSLite to CDS Standard.*
  • An error occurred when opening a subgrid within a record or form, intermittently.
  • An error occurred when utilizing offline data to connect to the Field Service mobile app.*
