The German journal list report shows a list of transactions that are produced when the Journalizing function is run. The list is sorted by journal sequence number. The report is used to review the status of general ledger processes. It's typically used by chief executive officers (CEOs), chief financial officers (CFOs), compliance managers, accounting managers, and accounting supervisors. To run the German journal list report, follow these steps.
- Run the Journalizing function (General ledger > Periodic tasks > General journals > Journalizing).
- On the Ledger journals page, select a line, and then click German journal list.
