(RUS) View the loyalty points discount amount for a retail store transaction

You can view the loyalty points discount amount for a retail store transaction in the Retail store transactions and Sales transactions forms. You can view the details of the loyalty points discount for a transaction in the Discount transactions form.

  1. Click Retail > Inquiries > Retail store transactions.

  2. Select a transaction.

  3. Verify the loyalty points discount amount for the transaction in the Loyalty points discount field on the Amount FastTab.

  4. Click Transactions > Sales transactions to open the Sales transactions form.

  5. Verify the loyalty points discount amount for the transaction in the Loyalty points discount field on the Amounts tab, and then close the form.

  6. In the Retail store transactions form, click Transactions > Discount transactions to open the Discount transactions form, where you can view the details of the loyalty points discount for the transaction.
