Counting (Quantity adjustment) (form)

This topic applies to features in the Inventory management module. It does not apply to features in the Warehouse management module.

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. On the Action Pane, on the Manage inventory tab, in the View group, click On-hand inventory. In the On-hand form, click Quantity adjustment.

Use this form to adjust the quantity of inventory items.

To create a line in the form, press CTRL+N, and then enter the new quantity in the Quantity field.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
On-hand	View a list of items, in the inventory unit.
Dimensions	View more information about the inventory dimensions.

Button

Button	Description
Dimensions display	Open the Dimensions display form, where you can select which inventory dimensions to display in the form.

Fields

Field	Description
Item number	The identifier of the inventory item.
Configuration	The item configuration, which specifies an item with specific characteristics.
Size	The size of the item.
Color	The color of the item.
Site	The site where the inventory item is stored.
Warehouse	The warehouse in which the inventory item is stored.
Batch number	The batch number dimension.
Location	The location inside a warehouse where the inventory item is stored.
Pallet ID	The unique ID for the pallet.
Serial number	The serial number dimension.
On-hand	The quantity, in the inventory unit for the item.
Quantity	The quantity adjustment, in the inventory unit for the item.
