Employment history (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action pane, in the Versions group, select Employment history.
Use this form to view or maintain the employment history of a worker.

Create an employment affiliation for a worker. For more information, see About employment affiliations. |
Edit |
Modify the selected employment information for the worker. |
End |
End the selected employment affiliation. Note Only the selected employment affiliation ends. For information about how to end a worker’s employment with your company, see Terminate employment. |
Employment date manager |
Open the Employment date manager form, where you can update date effective records for the worker. For more information about date effective records, see Maintain records. |

Fields
Field |
Description |

Company |
The company that the worker is employed in. |
Worker type |
Select whether the worker is an employee or a contractor. |
Employment start date |
The first date of the worker’s employment in the company. |
Employment end date |
The last date of the worker’s employment in the company. |
