Enter criteria on the General tab

Use the buttons to set up additional criteria for the report or function and to start or cancel a job. Not all buttons are available for every report or function.
Most reports and functions that have a General tab also have a Batch tab. For information about how to run the report or function as a batch job, see Submit a batch processing job from a form.

Open a query in which you limit and sort the data to include in the report or function. Note If you do not limit the data, Microsoft Dynamics AX includes all available data as defined by the default settings. You can sometimes view the query selections (including defaults) in the fields on the General tab. However, you cannot enter values directly in these fields. |

Open the Print form, in which you can select the delivery method for the report. The standard methods are as follows:
