Group results (form)

Click Home > Inquiries > Questionnaires > Answers > Questionnaire. Expand the questionnaire node, select a questionnaire, and then click Group results.

Use this form to view information about result groups on completed answer sessions. For more information, see Viewing and evaluating results, About result groups, and Using questionnaires.

Answer

Open the Answer on questionnaire form, where you can view questions and answers for the questionnaire that is associated with the result groups. For more information, see Answer on questionnaire (form).

Fields

Result group

The name of the result group.

Role

The role of the respondent.

Person

The person who completed the questionnaire.

Evaluation of

The name of the person who the questionnaire is evaluating.

Evaluation

The evaluation of the results.

Note

The value displayed in this field depends on the selection in the Evaluation field on the Result FastTab in the Questionnaires form.

Correct answers

The number of questions that the respondent answered correctly.

Note

A value is displayed in this field only if the Origin field on the Result FastTab in the Questionnaires form is set to Correct answers.

Points

The total points achieved after the respondent completed the questionnaire.

Note

A value is displayed in this field only if the Origin field on the Result FastTab in the Questionnaires form is set to Points in total.

Percent

The percentage of the maximum possible number of points achieved.

Note

A value is displayed in this field only if the Origin field on the Result FastTab in the Questionnaires form is set to Percent.
