UK TechDays Online 2016 - 18 and 19 May 2016
For the fifth year Microsoft UK is running its TechDays Online event. Taking place on the 18 and 19 May, the event is free to attend with each day starting at 9.30am and ending at 5.00pm.
This year's two-day event sees the majority of its speakers come from Microsoft's technical community and its group of Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals. Leaders from the technical community and the MVPs will be sharing their real-world knowledge and focusing on two of the key topics in IT today; Intelligence and DevOps.
On Wednesday, 18 May the presentations will feature Analytics on Azure and Cortana Intelligence and explore Microsoft's Intelligent Cloud and the interconnected services called the Cortana Analytics Suite. Technical experts already building these services will explain what these services are, how they fit together to enable organisations to exploit their data and share their own experiences. This will give viewers a unique perspective as they listen to speakers passionate about the subjects, share their knowledge and observations.
On Thursday, 19 May the theme shifts to DevOps with the MVPs and community leaders talking about the practices adopted to enable organisations to increase efficiency. Throughout the day the main technologies discussed will enable viewers to implement DevOps practices within their own organisation. As with day one, technical experts and MVPs already taking advantage of these practices will share their journey and real-world experiences with DevOps.
