Organizational data is shared between CSOD Services and Microsoft. For more information please refer to the terms of agreement with CSOD CSOD service does not use Graph APIs. We use the Microsoft frameworks botbuilder^4.9.2 for the performance of the service. CSOD service stores application logs which contain user interaction with the app for a limited period of time to troubleshoot bugs and user-reported issues. Individual log statements are composed of end-user internal lms user id, organization name configured within CSOD service and the appropriate action being performed. v
