We use the First Name only to display a personalized message when the Bot greets the user. Personal data is stored in a dedicated Azure Database for the respective customer used for Learner Management & Manager Dashboard functionality within the LMS365 application. Yes, we use Insights Log Analytics telemetry/logs which are used for trouble shooting only and have a 90 days retention policy after which all data is deleted.

LMS365 is equipped with a Purge Function that will remove any personal data from the clients LMS365 Database.
