Telemetry data

Telemetry/logs includes the user's e-mail address only as end-user identifiable information. When requested by the user, the application support team runs an internal automatic routine that blurs e-mail addresses across telemetry/logs and makes the user data no longer identifiable.

Describe how organization's administrators can control their information in partner systems? e.g. deletion, retention, auditing, archiving, end-user policy, etc.

MongoDB: Record system and user data in order to function Google BigQuery: Record system logs usage Google Firestore: A system which maintains and orchestrates the state of our microservices. The only critical data this service transit is the user credential, which is encrypted using AES256 Stripe: Payment system.

All data in transit uses HTTPS for secure connections and all sensitive data is encrypted using AES256
