Transfer or port your existing phone numbers to Microsoft Teams
Send email to the appropriate email alias from the above table. Include as many details as possible, such as:
- Your Organization ID (Tenant ID) or currently active Microsoft domains.
- The types of phone numbers that you need assistance with; such as user, service toll, or service toll-free.
- Other important details based on your request.
Get new phone numbers for Microsoft Teams
Send email to the appropriate email alias from the above table. Include as many details as possible, such as:
- Your Organization ID (Tenant ID) or currently active Microsoft domains.
- The types of phone numbers that you need assistance with; such as user, service toll, or service toll-free.
- The number of phone numbers that you need, and the area code(s), or country or region, from which you want the new phone numbers to originate.
