FillFormat.TextureHorizontalScale property (Publisher)
Returns or sets a Single that specifies the horizontal scaling factor for the texture fill. Read/write.

Remarks
The setting of the TextureHorizontalScale property corresponds to the setting of the Scale X box in the Fill pane of the Format Shape dialog box in the Publisher user interface.
