'item' designers must be public and cannot be used in Standard EXE projects
This error has the following causes and solutions:
- The indicated designer's Instancing property must be set to Public. The designer cannot be used in standard .exe projects.
For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
