2.2.3.60 EnableOutboundSMS
The EnableOutboundSMS element is an optional child element of the Set element in Settings command requests that specifies whether the server will send outbound SMS messages through the mobile device. For more details, see [MS-ASMS] section 2.2.2.2.2.
