4.10.3.3 ItemOperations Request

The following example shows the ItemOperations command request (section 2.2.1.10) sent from the client to the server to retrieve the item found by the Search command (section 2.2.1.16). The itemoperations:Fetch element (section 2.2.3.67.1) includes the search:LongId element (section 2.2.3.98.3) that was returned in the Search command response.
