FindConversation (section 3.1.4.2)

Specifies the WSDL messages for finding conversations.

GetConversationItems (section 3.1.4.3)

Specifies the WSDL messages that are used to request and return the contents of a conversation in a mailbox.

The ApplyConversationAction operation requires a target conversation. The target conversation can be identified by the FindConversation operation.
