The SOAP version supported is SOAP 1.1. For details, see [SOAP1.1].

This protocol relies on the Web server that hosts the application to perform authentication. Protocol servers MUST support SOAP over HTTP. The protocol servers SHOULD additionally support secure communications via HTTPS, as defined in [RFC2818].
