2.3.1 PROJECT Stream: Project Information

The PROJECT stream specifies properties of the VBA project.

This stream is an array of bytes that specifies properties of the VBA project. MUST contain MBCS characters encoded using the code page specified in PROJECTCODEPAGE (section 2.3.4.2.1.5).
