2.2.2.20 UnwillingToPerform

If, in response to a Put operation (section 3.1.4.2) specified in this protocol, the server is unwilling to perform and when there is no other more-specific fault specified in this document, the server MUST respond with an UnwillingToPerform fault as specified in [SOAP1.2-1/2007] section 5.4.
