The ComplexScriptSize cell is a vLength custom token grouping that specifies the font size used for complex script characters in a text run. It MUST have a Row_Type parent element that has a Character Section_Type parent element.

If the value of the structure is greater than zero, the font size is equal to the value of the structure. If the value of the structure is equal to zero, the font size is equal to the value of the sibling Size Cell_Type element. If the value of the structure is less than zero, the font size is equal to the absolute value of the structure multiplied by the value of the sibling Size Cell_Type element divided by 100.
