3.4.4.3.8.3 Directory Error

In this article
If the client sends a request that the server is unable to
complete because of implementation-specific errors encountered while processing
the request, then the server MUST return a SOAP fault with a GetADDomainControllerFault
fault subcode. The fault detail SHOULD<48> be as
specified in the following table.
