3.2.4.20 Client Notifies the Server of a Process Exit

The SMB_COM_PROCESS_EXIT command MAY be used to indicate to the server that a client process, represented by a PID value, has failed and that all resources allocated to that PID MUST be freed. The semantics of this command are deprecated, however, and it SHOULD NOT be used by new client implementations.

The client MUST construct the SMB_COM_PROCESS_EXIT request message as defined in section 2.2.4.18.1. The request MUST be sent to the server as described in section 3.2.4.1.
