3.1.3 Initialization

After the server is initialized, the well-known endpoint \pipe\lsarpc or \pipe\efsrpc MUST be available to remote callers, and the EFSRPC server MUST be available to service requests.<34> The file system and transport underlying this named pipe MUST be fully initialized.

When the server is initialized, it SHOULD<35> register one or more server principal name/authentication service pairs to enable clients to connect over secure RPC.
