2.2.7.6 PIN Challenge TLV
The PIN Challenge TLV contains a salted and hashed value for the session PIN. The hashing is specified in section 3.1.5.6.1.

Type (1 byte): The type of TLV, which is 0x06 for the PIN Challenge TLV.
