3.1.7.1 RTSP Connection is successfully established

When the Miracast Sink connects back to the Source over TCP on the RTSP port, the Sink MUST stop the Session Establishment Timer.

The Sink MUST perform standard RTSP behavior. If the DTLS Encryption Key is stored (section 3.1.1) from performing the security handshake, then the Miracast protocol is modified as follows:

  • All RTP packets MUST be encrypted by the Source and decrypted by the Sink using the DTLS Encryption Key.

  • The UIBC Input Body of the UIBC payload MUST be encrypted by the Sink and decrypted by the Source using the DTLS Encryption Key.
