The LocalQueueContextHandleTable ADM element contains a table of LocalQueueContextHandle (section 3.1.1.3) ADM element instances, keyed by the Handle attribute of the LocalQueueContextHandle ADM element. The server maintains a single LocalQueueContextHandleTable ADM element instance, which is referred to as iLocalQueueContextHandleTable.
