2.1.3.2.2.1 Receiving Request

A SOAP request parameter using TCP transport MUST be processed as specified in the Receiving Request subsection under the TCP Transport section with the following additional constraint:

  • If the Content-Type is not a SOAP format identifier, the message does not belong to this transport protocol. A transport fault MUST be sent back as specified in the Receiving Request subsection under the TCP Transport section.
