The MyGMC message MUST be sent following a Hello message, in the same packet.

Message Type (2 bytes): The type of message being sent, in big-endian byte order. The type MUST be 0x0001.
GMC Length (4 bytes): An unsigned binary integer specifying the length of the GMC Data field which follows, in little-endian byte order.
GMC Data (variable): The PKCS7 ASN-encoded GMC chain, as specified in [RFC2315].
