3.1.5.3.19 Rules for the wxf:ReconnectResponse Message
The client waits for a wxf:ReconnectResponse message (see [MS-WSMV] section 3.1.4.16) to verify that the server successfully processed the wxf:Reconnect message (see section 3.1.5.3.18).
