3.3.5.3 Incoming-Call-Reply Message

The PNS sends this message to the PAC in response to the Incoming-Call-Request message (section 3.2.5.3). The format of this message is specified in [RFC2637] section 2.10.<12><13>

The PNS SHOULD set the value of the Packet Recv. Window Size field in the Incoming-Call-Reply message to 0 and the PAC MUST ignore the value of the Packet Recv. Window Size field in the message.<14>
