2.2.4 SADLE_Started
The SADLE_Started message is sent from the server to the client to initiate the protocol. It signals that the server is initializing an RDP session and requires the drive letter mapping settings for the session. The client MUST respond with a SADLE_SerializedCache message if it has persisted drive letter mappings cached.
