DeviceCloseResponse (20 bytes): A DR_CLOSE_RSP (section 2.2.1.5.2) packet. The DR_CLOSE_RSP packet is sent in response to DR_DRIVE_CLOSE_REQ; it is the same as the common Device Close Response (section 2.2.1.5.2).
Padding (1 byte): An 8-bit unsigned integer that is intended to allow the client minor flexibility in determining the overall packet length. This field is unused and MUST be ignored.
