2.2.3.4 RDPINPUT_SUSPEND_INPUT_PDU
The RDPINPUT_SUSPEND_INPUT_PDU message is sent by the server endpoint and is used to instruct the client to suspend the transmission of the RDPINPUT_TOUCH_EVENT_PDU (section 2.2.3.3) message.
