Header (variable): The common message header (as specified in section 2.2.1). The FunctionId field MUST be set to RIMCALL_RELEASE (0x00000001). The MessageId field MAY be ignored because this message does not require a reply. The InterfaceId field MUST be set to the InterfaceId of the interface that is being terminated. This message contains no payload.
