5.2 Index of Security Parameters

Shared secrets: The shared secrets are a pair of server-generated unique passwords that are given to the client during the binding process. The first password, the WmsManagement password, along with the user name of "WmsManagement", is used with the HTTPS protocol for the server to authenticate API requests and for the client to authenticate some sensitive event notifications. The second password, the WmsControl password, along with the user name of "WmsControl", is used with the HTTPS protocol for the server to authenticate some API requests and for a client to authenticate some event notifications.

TLS certificate: This is a pair of X.509 server identification certificates that are exchanged during the client-server binding process; these certificates are used with the HTTPS protocol to verify the identity of the server or client and to encrypt client-server communications.
