3.1.6.2 Domain Controller Time Source Location Retry Timer Event

When the DC time source location retry timer expires, the client MUST attempt to locate a time source by using the DsrGetDcName method defined in [MS-NRPC] section 3.5.4.3.3.

When calling the DsrGetDcName method, the client MUST set the "K" bit in the Flags parameter to indicate that a DC that is running a reliable time service is to be returned, as described in [MS-NRPC] section 3.5.4.3.3.

If a time source is found, the client MUST execute the steps in section 3.1.9 and cancel the timer.
