3.3 Proxy Details
This section specifies the proxy role in the SQM Client-to-Service Protocol.
When a configured SQM-enabled client sends a message to the proxy that contains SQM data, the proxy service opens the payload and adds a data point (see section 2.2.4.4.1) identifying the proxy. The payload is then repackaged and sent to the SQM service. All messages that do not contain payload information are sent by the proxy from the SQM client to the SQM server with no modification.
