3.2.5 Message Processing Events and Sequencing Rules
The protocol client submits virtual application usage information to the server for recording and reporting. If the server successfully accepts and records this information, it SHOULD return an HTTP OK status code. If the server is unsuccessful, it can return any HTTP failure code<1>.
