The standard defines the attribute text:bullet-relative-size within the element <text:list-level-style-bullet>: This attribute is not supported in WordPad. On Read, the size of the bullet character MUST be the size of the last character for a non-empty paragraph and 11 points for an empty paragraph. This attribute is not written on Save.
