In addition to suggestions from websites and support cases, with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights integration support is being added for suggestions from bot sessions using chat transcripts.
As people interact with a bot, the system surfaces suggestions to the author about topics and trigger phrases people are using that the bot doesn’t yet know how to answer, and the more users that interact with a bot, the better it gets. The author can then act on those suggestions to create new topics or add additional trigger phrases to existing topics to increase the bot's usability.
