Business value
If customers cannot feel confident about their data being in Power BI without worrying that it could fall into the wrong hands, they would not support the adoption of Power BI. They could even hamper adoption due to increasing security and compliance requirements. This reduces PBI MAU and slows down standardization in S500.
Feature details
This feature will help admins gain visibility into and assess oversharing risks by delivering APIs that will enable them to see:
- What email subscriptions have been created for reports and dashboards.
- What artifacts have been shared with the entire organization.
- What reports and dashboards have been published to the web.
