Add-AzureRmSqlManagedInstanceTransparentDataEncryptionCertificate

Adds a Transparent Data Encryption Certificate for the given managed instance

Description

The Add-AzureRmSqlManagedInstanceTransparentDataEncryptionCertificate adds a Transparent Data Encryption Certificate for the given managed instance
