Start-AzureRmSqlDatabaseExecuteIndexRecommendation
Starts the workflow that runs a recommended index operation.

Description
The Start-AzureRmSqlDatabaseExecuteIndexRecommendation cmdlet starts the workflow that runs a recommended index operation for an Azure SQL Database.

Example 1: Run an index recommendation
